NPOI でExcel セルの書式,表示形式を取得する

シート情報を sheet1 ,セル情報をcell23 にセット後、
cell23.CellType で見る。

CellType.Error

値はここから、

CellType.Formula の時、cell23.CashedFormulaResultType で表示形式が取れる。
